Are there any recurring fees?+
No. Every build tier is a one-time fixed price. You own the system outright. The optional Managed Maintenance retainer ($297–$1,497/mo) is available but never required.
What happens after the build is complete?+
We hand over all source code, prompts, and deployment scripts. You own everything. The 14-day tuning window is included to harden the system under live conditions.
Can I start with one agent and upgrade later?+
Yes. Many clients start with Tier 1 (AI Agent Development at $5,000) and add agents or upgrade to a full operating system as they scale.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept credit cards via Stripe for all standard tiers. Enterprise and Quantum Readiness engagements begin with a strategy call and custom proposal.
Is there a refund policy?+
We offer the 14-day operational guarantee instead. If your system is not operational within 14 days, we keep working at no extra cost until it is.
